What is a Man of Influence (MOI)?
- The MOI will be men in the community of good standing – coaches, trainers, educators, mentors, dads, stepdads) to guide BWFs into becoming Men of Influence (BWFs) when they turn 18 (any boy 10 years+ who did not have a father and wants a father).
- The MOI must have the heart to serve, coach, train, educate, and mentor the BWFs and their families. (Dr. Greg and TH Hawkins have application documents and set up the logistics of completing a background check.)
- The MOI has to make a donation and complete an application to participate (Dr. Greg to provide) for the organization to invest in them.
We are a community of coaches, trainers, educators, and mentors who empower Boys Without Fathers to become “Men of Influence.” MOI become entrepreneurs, servicemen, influencers, educators, coaches, innovators, problem solvers, and corporate professionals that impact their families and communities. BWF training lasts for a lifetime, impacting generations.
